Q: What is the duration of each webinar?
A: They will be anywhere between 2-6 hours each. The longer sessions will be very few, and may be done over the period of two days.
Q: How come I can’t talk with my mic?
A: We’ve reserved the voice communication for the panelists and special guests. Attendees can of course, communicate with the text chat or question functions.
Q: I’ve missed the webinar! Can I get a refund?
A: We’re very sorry that you missed the webinar! Unfortunately though since we reserved the seat for you, we can not refund you at full price. However we might be able to give a partial refund.
Q: I’ve missed the webinar! Can I get a a video file of the webinar?
A: We are still pondering the distribution of these webinars post broadcast. Stay tuned on this for more information.
Q: I want to cancel my reservation for a future webinar, can I get a refund?
A: Yes of course. As long as you cancel within two hours before the beginning of the webinar.
Q: Is there a way to contact you?
A: Of course, you can contact me using the contact form on my site HERE.
Q: I did not receive my email with the special link for logging into the webinar, what should I do?
A: First check your spam folder for the email. If it’s not there, contact me HERE.
Q: What are the system requirements and other such information for these webinars?

Q: I have a slower connection, can I still join?
A: I’ve personally tested on a connection speed as low as 512MB /download. I would recommend at least this fast of a connection. If you have a slower connection, by all means join, but be warned that the video may be a little choppy.
NOTE: We reserve the right to approve or disapprove of any person or persons whom are interested in attending. We also reserve the right to remove any person or persons whom are attending an active webinar.
