Sliding Pivot Foot Roll Rig

I recently saw on The Foundry forum for Modo (formally known as the Luxology forum) a question about how to create a specific rig done in Maya, to Modo.  With inspiration from Armin Halac’s work for the same rig in Maya, I was easily able to translate the rig in Modo.
