For those that are interested, there is an update to the wonderful little application for Nintendo DS homebrew called Animanatee, up to v1.5b.

There have been a rather large number of new features in recent versions of Animanatee that I have seemed to missed due to my busy schedule! I highly recommend checking out the updates if you have any previous version, and if you don’t know what Animanatee is well… Let me tell you!

Simply put, Animanatee is a 2D animation package for the Nintendo DS. It is only available through a homebrew cartridge. The application is entirely free of cost to end users. I highly recommend it to any animation whom needs to practice or do quick drafts of their animations, and for those whom are also learning. It’s been an invaluable tool to me, to learn the skills needed for animation.

I’ve also been watching the recordings of Jason Ryan Animation Webinar, and putting to use his teachings on this little screen. So thanks to both Jason Ryan and the developer of Animanatee!
